Ingredients for Bread Cheela
Besan – 1/2 bowl
Bread Slice – 5
Onion chopped – 1
Carrot chopped – 1
Tomato chopped – 1
Green onion chopped – 2 tsp
Garlic – 5-6 cloves
Green chilies chopped – 2
Green coriander chopped – 3 tbsp
Oil
Salt – as per taste

How to make Bread Cheela
Bread cheela can be made in two ways. According to the first method, to make bread cheela, first prepare the batter by putting gram flour in a vessel. Now grate the carrot. After this, cut tomatoes, carrots, onions into fine pieces. Now grind the bread slices and mix them in the gram flour. After this, add green chilies to the batter and prepare a batter like gram flour cheela. Keep in mind that all the ingredients put in the gram flour batter have to be whipped well for some time so that the gram flour mixture mixes with the bread and does not leave any lumps.

Now heat oil in a nonstick pan. Till the oil is getting hot, spread the gram flour mixture in the center of the pan and spread it like a cheese. After baking it from one side, turn it over and roast it with oil on the other side. Remove the cheela from the pan after it is golden and crispy from both the sides. Your delicious Bread Cheela is ready. Eat it with tomato sauce, chutney.

In the second method of making bread cheela, instead of gram flour, semolina is used and bread slices are crushed and mixed, rest of the spices and vegetables are added as in the first method. After this, cheela is prepared by pouring the prepared batter on a nonstick pan.
