Ingredients for making Chana Dal Kebab
Chana dal – 100 grams
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Besan – 1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped – 2
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cloves – 2
Big cardamom – 1
Oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste

How to make Chana Dal Kebab
To make Chana Dal Kebab, first of all take Chana Dal and clean it and keep it soaked in water for overnight. Now put water and a little salt in the cooker and put a whistle. After turning off the gas, let the pressure of the cooker release. After this, open the lid and take out the lentils in a vessel and mash it well.
Now add a little gram flour to the mashed dal and mix. After this, add chopped green chilies, grated ginger, cloves and big cardamom to this mixture and mix all of them well. After this, make small cakes (kebabs) from this spice and keep them in a separate plate.
Now take a nonstick pan/tawa and keep it to heat on medium flame. Now spread some oil in it. After the tawa is hot, put the chana dal kebab in it and roast it. After roasting for 30-40 seconds, turn the kebabs. On the other side, fry the kebabs by applying a little oil until they become golden and crispy from both the sides. Similarly prepare all the kebabs. Delicious Chana Dal Kebabs are ready for breakfast. Serve them with tomato sauce or chutney.
