Sweet corn – 200 grams
Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 4 (finely chopped)
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Cashew paste – 2 tbsp
Paneer – 4 tbsp grated
Cheese – 2 tbsp grated
Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Charcoal – 1 piece
Cabbage – 1 leaf (large size)
Refined oil – 3 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Cheese Masala Corn
Add a little salt to the corn and bring it to a boil. Heat refined oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste and stir it for a minute. Now add onion and fry it till the color of the onion changes. Add tomatoes and when it melts, then add coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili garam masala and salt and cook covered on low flame. When the masala is fried, then add grated paneer and cashew paste to it.

Burn charcoal on the other side of the gas. When bubbles start rising in the gravy, place the leaves of cabbage in it. Place charcoal on it and add ghee and cover the gravy for 2 minutes. Now take out the charcoal and leaves and add cheese, kasoori methi and corn to it. After cooking for 5 minutes, switch off the gas. If desired, garnish the cheese corn masala with coriander leaves.
