Ingredients for making Corn Poha
Poha – 2 cups
Corn 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Rai – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Green chilies chopped – 2
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
Curry leaves – 15
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Corn Poha
To make Corn Poha, first clean the poha and dissolve it in water and keep it aside for half an hour. Now take corn kernels and put them in a vessel and boil them. If you want, you can also use a small cooker for this. Now finely chop the onion, tomato and green chili. After this, make a paste by grinding ginger and garlic.

Now put 1 tbsp oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds to it. After this, add curry leaves and fry for a minute. After this, add finely chopped onion, green chili and ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Fry the onion till its color becomes golden brown.
After this add finely chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric and salt as per taste and mix. Now let the tomatoes cook till they become soft. When the tomatoes become soft, add boiled corn to it and mix it while stirring it with a ladle. After this, put the kneaded poha in the pan and mix it well with the mixture. Cook it for 1-2 minutes then turn off the gas. Your delicious Corn Poha is ready. Serve garnished with lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
