Ingredients for making curd cheese
Paneer – 200 grams
Milk – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Poppy seeds – 1/2 cup
Cashew – 8-10
Almonds – 8-10
Cumin – 1 tsp
Tomato – 1
Bay leaves – 1
Red Chilli Steep – 1
Green chili – 2
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Oil – as required
Salt – as per taste

To make curd paneer curry, first take the paneer and cut it into square pieces and keep it aside. After this, cut tomatoes, green chilies and cashew almonds into fine pieces. Now put cashews, almonds in a pan and dry roast them. After this, put poppy seeds in the pan and fry it a little, so that its moisture gets removed. Now prepare a paste of all these by adding poppy seeds, almonds, cashews, green chillies and tomatoes in the mixer jar.

Now put milk in a vessel and keep it for heating. When the milk becomes hot, put some sugar in it and keep the pieces of cheese soaked. Till the paneer is soaked, put some oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium heat. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, red chili, bay leaves and fry for some time. After this add the prepared paste and mix it. Add red chili powder and salt as per taste and mix it with a ladle.
Now keep cooking the gravy till it leaves the oil. It may take about 10 minutes for this to happen. After this, mix both milk and curd together in the gravy. Mix the paneer with the gravy by mixing it well. Now a little salt and sugar can be added according to the need. Cover and cook the vegetable for a few minutes. After that turn off the gas. Your delicious curd paneer curry for dinner is ready. It can be served with paratha or roti.
