Ingredients for Yogurt-Papaya Smoothie
Curd – 1 cup
Papaya – 1 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Melon – 1/2 cup (optional)
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Ice cubes – 2-3
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp

How to make Yogurt Papaya Smoothie
To make curd-papaya smoothie full of nutritious properties, first put curd in a vessel and beat it well. After this cut small pieces of papaya and keep them aside. If you are also using melon in the smoothie, then first remove its thick skin and then cut it into pieces. Now take papaya first and put it in a mixer jar and blend it first. After that add melon in it and blend.

Blend papaya and cantaloupe three to four times as papaya is a bit tougher than melon. Now take out this mixture in a vessel and add curd to it and mix it while stirring it well. Add sugar, chia seeds and 1/4 tsp salt to it as per taste. Now take a serving glass and put smoothie in it and add ice cubes to it. Your delicious and healthy curd-papaya smoothie is ready.
