Kacche Aam ka Pulao Recipe: If you want to eat spicy, then make Raw Mango Pulao

Raw Mango Rice: Mango pan and chutney are prepared in almost every house during the raw mango season. Many people make sweet and sour things like mango pickle and kucha to keep tasting the taste of mango throughout the year. If you want to make a dish different from mango itself, then today we have brought for you Raw Mango Rice i.e. Raw Mango Casserole. This dish is specially made in South India.

You do not need much ingredients nor much time to make this dish. Just raw mango curry leaves are there, so this dish can be prepared in a jiffy. On the day when there is a desire to eat something light or if it is difficult to spend time in the kitchen due to rising heat, then prepare this sour-tasting rice and serve it hot. Let us know what are the ingredients needed to make Raw Mango Pulao and how it is made.

Rice – 2 bowls
Raw Mango – 1 big size
Mustard – tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Chana dal – 1 tbsp
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 8-10
Whole red chili – 2
Green chili – 2 finely chopped
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Raw Mango Pulao
Cook the rice in a pan and take out its core. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard-cumin seeds. After 1 minute, add red chili, peanuts, curry leaves, urad and gram dal and fry on low flame for two to three minutes. Now add grated raw mango, turmeric, salt and fry the mango well for 5 minutes on high flame.

Now add cooked rice and stir it. When the rice and tempering mixture mix well, then turn off the gas. Tomato, onion and cucumber raita can be served with this rice. To get a better taste of raw mango pulao rich in sourness, eat it hot.
