Ingredients for making Kashmiri Paneer
Paneer – 250 grams
Tomato – 4
Kashmir red chili – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Fennel – 1 tsp
Saunth powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Desi Ghee – 1 tsp
Black cardamom – 1
Green cardamom – 2
Bay leaves – 1
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Kashmiri Paneer
To make Kashmiri Paneer, first cut the paneer into square pieces. After this, put some oil in a pan and fry the paneer. Now heat water in a big vessel and add turmeric powder to it, add fried paneer and keep it aside. After this take tomato and cut it into pieces. Make a paste by putting tomato pieces in the mixer and take it out in a bowl. Now grind the standing spices.

Put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the ghee melts, add bay leaf, cumin and crushed spices and fry it. After frying for 1-2 minutes, mix tomato paste and other spices in the spices and fry while stirring with a ladle. After frying for 2-3 minutes, add half a cup of water and bring the puree to a boil. Meanwhile, remove the paneer from the water and put them in tomato puree and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Your delicious Kashmiri Paneer is ready. Put chopped coriander on it and serve it with paratha, naan or roti.
