Ingredients for Jackfruit Seed Vegetable
Jackfruit seeds – 100 grams
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/3 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Bay leaves – 1
Besan – 1 tbsp
Oil – as required
Salt – 1 tbsp

How to make Jackfruit Seed Vegetable
To make jackfruit seed vegetable, first take out the seeds of jackfruit. Now peel and wash these seeds and boil them after adding salt in the cooker and then filter it. During this, finely chop tomatoes and onions. Now put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add bay leaves and onions and fry for some time. When the color of the onion starts turning light golden, add garlic paste to it and fry it while stirring with the help of a spoon.

After this, add coriander powder, red chili powder and other spices to this mixture and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. When the spices start leaving the oil, add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes become soft. After this, add jackfruit seeds to this mixture and fry for 1-2 minutes, then add gram flour and cook the vegetable for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add water according to your need in the vegetable and let it cook. Cover the pan and cook the vegetable for 5-6 minutes. After that turn off the gas. Your delicious and healthy jackfruit seed curry is ready. Serve it with roti or paratha.
