Kesar Lassi

Kesar lassi is not only full of taste but also health. To make this, you will need 1 cup curd, 1/4 cup saffron water, 2 teaspoons sugar, and a pinch of cardamom powder. First of all, mix saffron in lukewarm water and keep it for a while. Now mix all the rest of the ingredients in a mixing jar and blend. Now serve cold saffron lassi with ice.

Rose Lassi
To make rose lassi, take 1 cup curd, 1/4 cup cold water, 2 teaspoons rose syrup and a pinch of cardamom powder and mix them all in a blending jar. Now serve it in a glass. If you want, you can put a little rose syrup on top.
