Ingredients for Mushroom Rice
Basmati rice – 1 cup
Mushroom chopped – 250 grams
Garlic cloves finely chopped – 3
Onion finely chopped – 1/2
Green onion chopped – 4 tbsp
Capsicum chopped – 1/2
Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Black peppercorns – 1 tsp
Carrot chopped – 1
Beans chopped – 5
Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

Mushroom Rice Recipe
To make Mushroom Rice, first clean and wash the rice thoroughly. Now put 6 cups of water, 1 tsp of oil and a little salt in a big pot and boil it on the gas. Meanwhile, after stirring the rice for 15-20 minutes, filter it and wash the soaked rice once again with clean water. After this put rice in the boiling water. Boil the rice till they get cooked completely. This may take about 10 minutes.
Now drain the water from the cooked rice and put a cup of cold water in it and leave it to cool completely. After this, put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat. After the pan is hot, put chopped mushrooms in it and fry it. After stir frying for about 2 minutes, coat them with oil evenly. After cooking for 2-3 minutes, keep the mushrooms aside. Take care not to overcook it.
Now put 1 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add chopped green chilies and chopped garlic cloves and fry for 1 minute. After this, also add chopped onion, green onion and fry it by increasing the flame of the gas. Now add chopped carrots, capsicum and let it fry. Take care not to over-roast the vegetables.
Now add fried Puha Mushrooms and add salt as per taste from above. Then add sauce sauce and vinegar and mix everything well with a ladle. After cooking for some more time, add rice to it and add black pepper and a little salt and mix it well. After cooking for some time, switch off the gas. Delicious Mushroom Fry Rice is ready for dinner. Serve it garnished with green onions.
