Paneer – 200 grams
Capsicum – 1 cut into thick pieces
Onion – cut into 2 thick pieces
Tomato – cut into 2 thick pieces
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 2 tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Curd – 4 tbsp
Cream – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – tsp
Anardana Powder – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – tsp
Besan – 1 tbsp
Refined oil – 3 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Paneer Anardana Kebab
Cut the paneer into big cubes. Take care not to cut the paneer small. If you grill the paneer on the gas, then it is possible that the paneer may get burnt due to the small pieces. Besan, curd in a vessel. Add cream, chaat masala, garam masala, chili powder, anardana powder, black pepper powder, turmeric and salt and mix well. Keep in mind that the curd is thick, so that the mixture becomes thick and it can be wrapped well on the paneer.
Keep the pieces of paneer in this mixture for 20 minutes. Now heat the oil in the pan and wrap the paneer well in the mixture and bake it alternately from all sides on the pan. Add onion, capsicum and tomato to the remaining mixture and wrap it well and bake them on the pan. Remove the seeds of tomatoes, otherwise they will not be crispy. Before serving, heat the paneer and all the vegetables in a pan and serve them by putting them on a tooth pick. Eating it with mint and curd chutney will enhance the taste.
