Ingredients for making Pineapple Chutney
Ripe Pineapple – 2 cups
Coconut grated – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Rai – 1/2 tsp
Ginger piece – 2 inches
Green chili – 2
Mustard seed – 1/2 tsp
Dry red chili – 2
Curry leaves – 15-20
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Pineapple Chutney
To make Pineapple Chutney, first cut the upper part of the pineapple. Now heat half a cup of water in a vessel. Cook by adding pineapple, ginger, green chili and salt as per taste. It has to be cooked till the pineapple ie pineapple becomes soft and soft in texture. Now take out the ginger from the water and let the pineapple boil on low flame.

Now take grated coconut and red chilies, grind them both well and prepare a paste. After this, add crushed mustard seeds to it. Now mix this paste with pineapple and let it boil for some more time. After this, turn off the gas and take down the pineapple.
Now take a wok and put some oil in it and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds and let it crackle. After this, add red chili and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds. After this, spread the tempering over the cooked pineapple mixture and mix well. Your delicious Pineapple Chutney is ready. Serve it with food.
