Poha Kachori Recipe: What to make for breakfast today? Feel free to try ‘Poha Kachori’, children will also like it

Poha – 1½ bowl
Potatoes – 3 boiled
Green chili – 3 finely chopped
Green Coriander – cup
Amchur powder – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Red chili powder – tsp
Ajwain – tsp
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Refined oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste

How to make Poha Kachori
Soak the poha in water for 10-15 minutes. Add enough water that the poha absorbs it well. Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them. Add green chili, green coriander, asafoetida, mango, coriander, red chili, celery, onion and salt as per taste and mix well. Add a little salt to the soaked poha and knead it well. Mix it so well that it looks like a dough or all purpose flour. Keep the kneaded poha covered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take the dough and stuff the potato mixture in it. Seal the dough well. Take care that the dough should not be open from anywhere, otherwise oil will be filled in the kachori. Heat the refined and fry the stuffed kachoris in it on low flame. When the shortbread turns red from both the sides, take it out on a tissue paper. Serve Poha Kachori with tea or tamarind chutney. It can also be eaten with coriander-mint chutney or tomato sauce.
