Chana Sattu – 1 bowl
Flour – 3 bowls
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Garlic – 10 cloves finely chopped
Green chili – 3 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 inch piece grated
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
Ajwain – tsp
Kalonji – tsp
Pickle masala – 1 tbsp
Black salt – 1½ tsp
Coriander leaves – cup
Refined oil – 4 tbsp
Ghee – for baking parathas
Salt – as per taste

How to make Sattu Paratha
Add onion, garlic, green chillies, ginger, mustard oil, carom seeds, fennel, pickle masala, black salt, coriander leaves and salt to the sattu and mix well. If you like it more spicy and spicy, then add more green chilies and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and mix it in the sattu mixture for sourness. Knead a hard dough by adding refined oil, salt to the flour.

Keep the dough covered for half an hour. After half an hour take the dough and stuff the Sattu mixture in it. Sattu parathas taste a little thick, so do not roll the parathas too thin. Now bake these parathas with the help of ghee and serve with cold curd.
