Tofu Masala Recipe: Eat Tofu Masala in Dinner, you will forget the taste of Paneer

What do you need to make Tofu Masala?
1 cup tofu cut into pieces
2 large tomatoes
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
half teaspoon ginger paste
1 capsicum finely chopped
2 onions finely chopped
2 tsp fresh cream
1.5 cups milk
tsp coriander powder
half teaspoon turmeric powder
tsp cumin powder
tsp garam masana
tsp red chili powder
1 tsp vegetable masala
salt to taste
half teaspoon cumin
1 pinch asafoetida
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1 tsp ghee, butter or oil

How to make Tofu Masala
To make Tofu Masala, first cut tomatoes and green chilies into pieces and grind them in a mixer. After this, chop onion, capsicum and green coriander. Now put a kadhai or pan on the gas and add oil, ghee or butter to it. Add cumin and asafetida to it. Now add onion and capsicum and fry it. Add ginger paste to it as well. Now add tomato and chili paste to it. Fry it on low flame. After this add kasoori fenugreek and fry it. Add cream or fresh cream to it and mix. After this add milk to it and let it cook on low flame. Keep stirring it in between.

When it comes to a boil, add garam masala and salt as per taste. Now add tofu pieces in it. Lastly, add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix. You can eat it with roti, paratha, naan or tandoori roti. You can also put some fresh cream on top of it.
