Ingredients for Tomato Omelette
Tomato – 2
Egg – 1
Capsicum chopped – 1/2
Onion finely chopped – 1/2
Green chilies chopped – 2
Black peppercorns – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Tomato Omelette
To make Tomato Omelette, first take a tomato and after cutting its upper part a little, remove the inner pulp and keep it in a mixing bowl. Now take an egg and crack it and add it to the tomato pulp and mix it. After this, add finely chopped onion, chopped capsicum, crushed black pepper, green chili and salt as per taste and mix them all well with a spoon.

Now pour this prepared mixture into tomatoes with the help of a spoon and fill it and cover the upper part with chopped tomatoes. Now take a wok and put oil in it and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put the stuffed tomatoes in it and cover them and cook. Cook the tomato until the mixture inside it is also cooked well.
When the tomato mixture is cooked well from one side, then turn the tomato over and let it cook. Tomatoes will be cooked well from both the sides in 3-4 minutes. After this take out the tomatoes in a plate. Now cut the tomato in the middle and garnish it with green coriander leaves. Delicious tomato omelet for breakfast is ready. It can also be served with chutney.
